"This place was incredible. It was essentially a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen a full living room and dining room. Location is incredible for Mayfair and Hyde Park. "Absolutely horrible. They claim minimalism in their style, it's more minimal in what we can do to support you as a patron. Asked for help with the check-in since self check-in couldn't locate our name. The gentleman on the floor basically kept dismissing us. After being awake 27 hours was frustrating The room has nothing .. no iron/ironing board, no closet, no where to store clothing. The bed area and bathroom was separated by a sliding glass door. So hearing and smelling your spouse off load the prior nights indian delicacy.. not fun No windows at all ... That was nuts We had to argue with the staff for additional towels and pillows. The pillows are thin and only 2 for 2 people was miserable with a mattress that had very little support They never cleaned the room Great location though! Never again"

"We love the convenient location on the Strand - closeby to Covent Garden’s - surrounded by amenities for shopping - dining - theatres- the staff and check in experience are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Food Restaurant Bar Underground tube - railway - and bus route - 91 to/from Kings Cross- we have used the hotel for 10 years, comfortable beds, rooms spacious, art deco modern and very clean well maintained amenities - Including Rituals, delicious coffee capsules and a quiet room. We generally eat breakfast at the Watch House Covent Garden & visit the nearby Coal Hole pub opposite as we enjoy the live music after a full day of exploring our London events."

"The location was great, very walkable area, convenient to Trafalgar Square and the Theatre District, however the accommodations were subpar. One amenity that was listed in the description was luggage storage, but it wasn't specified that we would be charged 15 Pounds per bag/backpack for just a couple of hours. We were a party of 6 with 4 rooms booked, so that added up quickly. Also, regardless whether any of the rooms were ready when we arrived, there is a 50 Pound charge for early check-in (also not listed in the description). We've traveled extensively through Europe, the US, and Central America and this is the first time we've had a hotel charge for luggage storage or early check-in. No TV in the room was a first, too, and the staff at reception was rude. Breakfast was typical for the UK and Ireland. I would not stay at this hotel in the future and instead recommend that you keep looking."

"This is the first class property. You get what you pay for and the experience there is outstanding, and hey, there’s a Starbucks right across the street but you don’t even need to go there because they have an excellent coffee shop right in the lobby. Location is outstanding, you can walk to many of the neighborhoods, including Soho and of course you’re right in Mayfair. And the short walk-through Green Park over to Westminster Abbey. Other locations you can walk to including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square —it’s a great location and a fun walk."
