"Clean room, bathroom and shower were a little small, but a very nice property."

"The rooms were very poorly laid out and didn’t have any glasses, fridge, shower door c shower storage, or extra pillows. We asked for pillows three times and never received any. The hotel staff was not polite and seemed bothered when approached. Worst part was the smoke detector was set off by the shower steam and we had to change rooms at 10pm. No accommodation apology was offered and they spoke to us as if it inconvenienced them. the location was the only positive."

"The room was very nice. The air conditioning was good and so was breakfast. The bathroom was clean but has no lotion or any other toiletries. The same soap is used as shampo and body wash. "

"This was a great hotel for our first time in London. It was centrally located and convenient to multiple Underground stations. We had a deluxe room that was spacious enough for two. The bed was comfortable and our room was always cleaned by the time we returned for the day. Really enjoyed the black out shades and the complimentary mini bar."
