"The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was great! The location 1/2 block from Michigan Ave. We had a wonderful stay!"

"The design of the property was cool and it was conveniently located but the queen room we stayed in didn’t have air conditioning and it was hot in there some days/nights and also there were some stains on the bed sheets. The faucet in our room also kept dripping. Also has no fridge or microwave:("

The property is clean and well maintained, so it feels luxurious, and it’s right downtown in the loop so you have easy access to anything you may want to experience in Chicago.
