"Love the location in Chinatown just steps away from the Petaling Street Market, and the famous Ho Kow Hainam Kopitam Malaysian coffee house. The hotel offers luxury rooms, fitness centre, swimming pool and numerous restaurants and bars. Walking distance to numerous hot spots. The staff were Sooo helpful, the room was quiet and comfy. I will definitely return and stay at Four Points."

"Excellent property and staff team. Easy walk to KLCC metro and shopping centre with food hall. Amazing views of the tower (pay for Petronas tower view) but breakfast is only 2* (better to eat elsewhere or buy something to eat). Use Grab for taxi (there is a cash option). Great swimming pool, front desk and apartments with water/dryer and quality bathroom items. Will be my first choice of stay next time I visit KL"

"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "
