"Holiday Inn is one of my favorite hotels! From the moment we arrived, the gentleman at the entrance warmly welcomed us and helped with our luggage. I can't remember the front desk receptionist's name, but she was incredibly kind and welcoming to my husband and me. Although our original check-in time was 3:00pm, we arrived around midnight.
