Location is within walking distance to a LRT, KL Eco City and Gardens Mid Valley. Service staff at the lounge were attentive. Traffic was less congested than the Pavilion area. Parking is available at the premise at a flat MYR5 if exceeding more than 5 hours of parking.

I loved how spacious and clean the room was. Since the hotel was relatively new, the amenities were in great shape. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. They helped me with directions to Mid Valley and car park ticket processing. The car park has ample lots and at 5 MYR per day, it's really affordable. The breakfast buffet spread had a good selection and the menu had some minor changes daily, which was good. I spent a good 4 nights at Amari and will be looking at this hotel again for my future trips to KL.

New hotel. Near mid valley megamall. Service wise is below average, expected it to be better. But they patronise you with standard answers when declining you your requests or inquiries. Disappointing.

New hotel but chargeable carpark and soft bedding

Hotel and amenities are new as the photo. Parking is chargeable and not free for hotel guests. Parking is subject to prevailing parking rate, max of RM5 per entry. Mattress and pillow too soft and not firm. Temperature for the shower inconsistent, will change from hot to cold midway through shower. Booked for 3 adults but only given 2 sets of room slipper, towel etc. Need to call the housekeeping to provide additional amenities. Overall service for front desk is ok but as gold member of hotel.com, the member can get a free room upgrade, if available for "VIP property". Asked the hotel front desk on the room upgrade but was told that it was fully booked. I have checked the room availability on Amari website but all room types are available. Besides, we are also not given the RM50 credit for gold member and need to remind them during check-in. During the check-out, they are not aware of the RM50 credit and requested me to pay for it. I have to remind them again on my RM50 F&B credit to offset against my spending.
