"Pool was very nice. Had some hardware issues that prevented a pool food order to be missed. Printer was down and so no tickets were hand written. One employee was very rude… forgot who the customer was and made excuses instead of apologies. She was a black spot on the one night stay. Front desk was awesome. "

"Staff great, pool and tiki bar nice and fun. Restaurant was very good. Only thing wrong was the beach access was not good due to beach project but not the hotel’s fault. "

"Un seul ascenseur fonctionnel et en plus extra lent ,vraiment pas super. Cuisinette sans aucun équipement de base,un débouche bouteille aurait été apprécié. Pas de pression ds la douche ,bain et douche en fin de vie Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli etait super professionnel et très sympathique"

"The pool area was very nice and clean. Friendly front desk. The room was clean and nice strong shower. What I didn’t like was the cheap blinds on the window and feel of being in a hospital. Too white and not a cozy feel. The bed and pillows were great but overall it was just ok. "
