「I reported the AC issue on the first day.
I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest.
We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay
Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Clean rooms, easy check in. The easy access to the beach and pool was perfect for our family and just what we were hoping for. Staff at the pool and beach were helpful and efficient. Only complaint was during our dinner: service was slow and the air conditioner condensation was dripping from the ceiling onto our table. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again! 」
