"Overall good stay. Beds were clean. The bathroom shower is very tight and small and could use a good cleaning. Valet didn’t tag our keys so we had to search thru all the other keys to find ours before we left. "

"All the staff were exceptional and very helpful with our needs. The front desk staff were very nice. And your cookies were to die for. If we ever return to Memphis, we will surely stay there again."

"This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. "
