"I had to call to get directions to our room as I couldn’t find it with all the renovations, the man that answered was short and rude. The floors were really dirty our feet were gross after walking barefoot the afternoon we arrived. They have been renovated and the room was fairly nice for the price, however when the people staying above turned their exhaust fan on, it was incredibly loud in our room. They left it running all night and it made it difficult to sleep as it rattled the bathroom. Prior to realising where the sound was coming from, I called the reception and was told by the same rude man “there’s not much I can do about a fan, I don’t even know what you are on about” so the next night when the noise came back on we went up and asked them if they had just turned their exhaust fan on which they had. Thankfully they turned it off around 10:30 but it was back on very early the next morning waking us all up again. If the rooms were cleaner, quieter and the aggressive man was nicer, it would be a good place to stay. "

"Beautiful room and very clean. Upstairs neighbour was noisy though. Nothing against the motel though. Motel staff were lovely and great location "

"Oaks The Entrance Waterfront was a great location however the property is really dated. The staff were under the pump when everyone arrived at 2:00, and had some difficult people to deal with and managed it well with smiles on their faces doing the best they could. The pool has so many tiles missing off the surface you're lucky not to cut your feet, and the spa is awful. This area was huge and would be excellent if updated and maintained.The gym was closed altogether which was a big disappointment to us. The rooms are dated with difficult small access into the shower over a corner spa. The balcony area was lovely to sit and look over the water. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was handy and had everything you would need. "

"This is a nice place but The room is small and the bed hard to access for two older people. The coffee shop for breakfast had their music too loud."

"Absolute ocean front where you could swim, at low tide there were rocks but ocean pool and another beach only 100mts."
