"Upon entry kitchen water was blasting out of the faucet. I was asked to keep the water on for the duration of my visit. No insulation in the kitchen a whole side of the house so it was freezing and drafty. There was unfinished construction in the kitchen, an abandoned door that was nailed shut, with cold air piling in. The walkway wasn't shoveled and full of snow. On the last night we wanted to soak in the hot tub and found the water cloudy and murky definitely not maintained properly. We...

Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in."

"This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. "
