"Decent stay, accommodations were good and staff were pleasant and helpful. Gym was good and clean. Hotel can be better maintained but understand it is difficult with the high amount of traffic."

"Air conditioner was not working for half the stay. Some staff were not friendly when asked questions. Pools were great but one suggestion would be to open the bar at the Adult Pool. "

"The room was clean and had a sink, refrigerator, microwave and dishes/utensils. The staff was friendly. There was a pool in each village and had whirlpools. The complex is quite big with lots of things to do. My only complaint was that the used pool towels piled up and it took forever for them to be replenished. Had to resort to using bath towels. "

"Property has multiple pools and bars and was nice outside. I didn’t like that we had booked suites in the tower and when we checked in they moved us to the outside rooms which was a huge downgrade. They overbooked the suites so it became first come first serve."

"The hotel was very convenient for a one night stay at the airport (with a quick turnaround). Otherwise, it is very difficult to get to a from if you plan to do things off-site during your visit. I have to say the staff was friendly and kept the place very very clean!"

"Room was great we got the biggest room they had which I suggest not much more money every thing was close we also ate mushrooms which I don’t suggest cause we got lost just going across the street and couldn’t find the hotel for over a hour but we had a great trip lol and great stay "
