"The bonus about this place is the shuttle that takes you around the perimeter. The not so good was: The water of the pool was so cold my daughter could not use it ."

"My room was clean but the mini-fridge didn't work and I had purchased items that needed refrigeration. It wasn't able to be repaired so they moved me to a room on a higher floor with excellent views. It was a 3 night stay. On day 2 I was in an all-day meeting and came back expecting to find my room refreshed. It was not. Housekeeping did come later to make the beds and refresh the towels. Day 3 it was cleaned and refreshed. I needed to iron some slacks, but the retractable cord in the iron would not stay un-retracked. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. I will say that at other Hilton hotels I am used to getting cookies and free water. No cookies. Free water ONLY if you are a Hilton Honors member. "

"Solid job. Room was smaller than anticipated, but wasn't an issue. Tv placement could have been better, but that's my worst "complaint" if I had to have one."
