"Our stay at The Watermark Hotel was exceptional. The combination of a beautiful room with a fantastic view, the hotel's convenient location, and its impressive amenities made for a truly memorable staycation. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and we would both highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and entertaining getaway in the Tysons area. We are already looking forward to our next visit. "Clean room, excellent customer service "

"Firstly the door lock on my room was broken. It could not lock until you held the door from the inside a certain way. No one came to fix it. At times I would have to leave the room door opens which was worrisome that someone could come in and take my things. The restaurant in the hotel was not a great experience. We stood there for 9 minutes waiting for help, while an employee sat at a table talking on the phone. I assumed she was on break, and when I asked her if she was she told the person to hold on and no she wasn’t. Then said the person that works the front isn’t there. Ok we see that. Is the restaurant closed? She said no and proceeded to talk on the phone. I was livid. I went to the front desk to complain and the manager on duty gave me a $10 drink card, as if that helped the experience. I left the property to have dinner off site with my room door unlocked. I will never frequent this place again. I do. It recommend. "

"As most of the positive reviews here already mention, the staff at this location is extremely kind, always professional, and thoughtful in a genuine manner. I want to single out Christina for being especially wonderful. She has that something extra which makes you want to be a loyal customer. The manager has put together an amazing crew and really knows how to create a team atmosphere. Everyone who works at the reception area was exemplary in their performance. Very grateful for how I was treated during my week-long stay. The housekeeping staff was also quite fantastic. The room was immaculate upon entry and stayed that way over the course of seven nights. Also, the high quality of the mattress gave me some of my best sleep in months. At the end of my stay, I proposed to the mattress but was told that it wasn't ready for that sort of commitment yet. Sigh!"

"Excellent rooms, spa, staff, everything. Very enjoyable stay. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because there isn't enough variety of food on the menus. Please offer more vegetarian options. But otherwise, wonderful stay!"
