"I have stayed recently at Hyatt Regency Dulles and Crowne Plaza Phoenix airport and was surprised how much these had declined from the upscale hotels that they were in the past. The bathroom in my room at the Hyatt had a 8 inch metal plate across the sliding door and it stuck out 4 inches into both ..."
