The hotel has 3 guest elevators and 1 service elevator designated for staff only. During my stay, 2 of the guest elevators were out of service, leaving only 1 operational guest elevator and the service elevator temporarily available for guest use. During normal times, Ashburn is great, with awesome restaurants and places to shop and be entertained. My trip was strictly business, and of course during the Covid-19 crisis, one can not eat-in at a restaurant anyway.
We were there to go to the Outlets in Leesburg
I was only there to attend a conference and never left the hotel. Did not have a rental car, so no way to get anywhere, and it was too cold outside to walk to nearby businesses.
Location ok for us (visiting family near hotel), but if you are on vacation, there is nothing in this area to do. Dining and shopping limited, but safe and clean place and surroundings.
Did not see much of the town, most of my experience was just in driving to and from other places around Ashburn.
