"The room was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating, which I appreciated as an English speaker. The hotel itself was nice but a felt a little old in some areas. Construction was ongoing when we stayed and loud at times."

"This hotel was wonderful! The staff were so helpful and even gave us a free room upgrade. There is no lift from the entry to the reception, which when we saw it initially, we panicked due to the heaviness of our luggage. But they assisted with luggage, taking the strain from us which was most appreciated. There is a lovely smell to the hotel which gave a nice and relaxing welcome every time you returned. The gym facilities were outstanding, as were the pool and sauna. The only thing this hotel could improve on is turning the music down in the pool area. The music itself is designed to feel relaxing and “high end” but it is so loud that it’s far from relaxing. Add the joyful laughter and squeals from kids playing and the echo and it is very uncomfortable. It resulted in us leaving the pool area sooner we than planned. But that’s an easy fix and I still rate this hotel 5/5 and would absolutely stay again. It was a lovely hotel."

"Room was clean but bedside lamps were not working and front desk staff did not help to solve the issue, second bed mattress was awfully hard. Special thanks to the staff from the restaurant inside the hotel (10 vagues) who served us with kindness while we arrived at 10 pm, exhausted."
