On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, modern, warm and had updated room. The bathroom was great with high-end finishes. While there was no physical staff member at the front desk which would have been preferred, the team was quick to respond and assist via text message.
The major thing to note is that the hotel is smack in the middle of the night club scene in town. If you are 18 to 21 years old and have come to party until 3 a.m., this is the spot for you. Otherwise, you may want to avoid this location. There will be kids lining the streets below, taking shots, yelling, being rowdy, getting into fights, and doing exactly what drunk 18 year olds do.
Inside the hotel, the party doesn't stop, as you can hear the people and the music from the club loud and clear. Sleeping with my phone playing white noise did manage to mask the sound enough to make it bearable, and the bed being extremely comfortable certainly helped.
