"The unhoused around the hotel and lack of parking under $40/day were detractors for sure but the staff, accommodations, convenience, and overall cleanliness- made it a great stay! We would certainly stay again. I just hope someone can get the unhoused the help they need. Many were naked and near the entrances of the hotel and I had my two kids with me"

"I honestly did not know the hotel was going to be that nice. I loved the balcony in the room. The overall look of the hotel was amazing. They give you i think a 10 dollar meal card for each day per person which is really nice. I went to the bar one day and it was really good. Valet parking is super expensive though. "

"Clean place but they ran out of towels and were slow to replace them. Caused much inconvenience. But overall good stay."

"Everything was absolutely wonderful with my stay, from the staff members, to the hotel decor! All attractions were walkable from my hotel. The only thing I didn't particularly care for, was the shower head in the walk-in shower. I prefer an adjustable shower head, so I don't have to wet my hair everytime I step into the shower."

"Very welcoming very friendly staffs really appreciate their customer service. What I didn’t like is that it wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been the doors were dirty also the tub, there was hair strands all over the bathroom as well. The room needed some updating on paint and appliances as well. "
