"Great location, staff are upbeat, helpful. The building is well kept. Sometimes we hoped the shuttle was running when it wasn’t (it doesn’t run on the weekend , when we needed to get to the light rail quickly— we walked, we were okay). This place made me realize I like Hyatt hotels. Comfortable, clean, mostly convenient."

"Nice property nice staff and a very confortable bed. for the most part a pleasant stay… As I was checking out I asked for some hot water for my tea and they wanted to charge me. Again, they wanted to charge me for hot water.! "
