「The staff at the Omni provided outstanding customer service that exceeded our expectations. They were quick to provide solutions and answer our questions. Terrence and Amanda went out of their way to make sure our stay was top notch. They were kind, polite and provided excellent, charismastic, customer service!」

「Our room was gorgeous and light-filled, with large windows on two sides - the nicest and brightest room we've ever had at this beautiful historic hotel. Our room was spotless and the amenities were lovely (I always appreciate a hotel that provides bathrobes and where the showers are modern).
The staff was excellent - we got there at a busy time when the Louisville Ballet matinee had just gotten out, but they still took care of everyone and were attentive and kind.
