"Everything was good for the weekend except getting a worker coming in to the room at 8am to fix something we didn’t call about "

"Caribe is an excellent place to stay with convenient access to Disney Parks and plenty of dining options. One issue is that they seem to hold a lot of events there which makes it extremely challenging for hotel guests to find parking. Also if you’re staying in a lower level room the music coming from the pool area can tend to get loud."

"It was our first time travelling to Disney World so we decided to stay at the Hilton as it was a really short walk to Disney Springs. We had a great stay the whole time, no concerns with cleanliness or anything else related to the room. The hotel is nice, staff is friendly & helpful :)."

"My soon to be fiancè and I absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are very friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are clean, the maids made our room very nice while we were gone for the day at Universal Studios. The pools and hot tubs are perfect. Some nights it was hard to find a parking spot close to the entrance but other than that I will definitely be staying here again!! "

"Beautiful. We enjoyed the area. Wish that we had a better view. There was a giant tree outside our balcony. We were hoping for a view of the pool or at least to have a view at all. Also, the staff woke us up very early on two different days by calling our room asking for other guests. I had to unplug the phone. "
