"The woman at the front desk, I think her name was Jennifer. She was awesome ! I got to town early and went to the hotel to see when I could check in and she said, " go to lunch and come back around one o'clock." I went back right around one and she checked me in early. The room was very nice, great location, the restaurant had a great deal going on the appetizers. Everything was clean."

"We were allowed to check in early, thank you Hyatt, the room was nice, however there were freeway noises that could be heard. It was a short one night stay, with an evening visit to downtown Conroe for dinner and we checked out relatively early to have brunch in Houston with family, then back to Dallas. "
