"Under construction and our water went out completely"

"We have been at this property many times but not since Covid so there were obvious differences in overall maintenance, ability to access amenities, etc"

"The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced."

"While the resort itself is awesome with good and friendly staff, the state of the shower in our room was the worst I've ever seen. Mold in every single corner that could have at least been partially removed with a wipe. I was certain I would have been able to remove some of it with a swipe of a towel (which, I did not, because that's gross). For nearly $400 a night, this is unacceptable. It was also very difficult to locate areas where we could fill our water bottles, which is a necessity in the heat. I know people are coming mainly for the resort itself, but the quality of the stay could be significantly improved. "

"Kimpton resort is a 10/10! Everything about this place was amazing. The staff made me feel like family. The amenities were available the moment you arrived. Love this place so much. I will be back. "

"Washer and dryer were broken but they replaced them the next day. It was inconvenient to change my activity schedule to accommodate this. The restroom sinks did not drain properly and it grossed me out. The pool staff, bar tender, and maintenance man were really friendly and gave excellent customer service. The front desk, not as much. My mother traveled with us and was never able to speak with a manager across all 3 days. "

"Having multiple pool options was great! Comfortable bed. Great to be able to get food service to the pool areas. Lovely location in the mountainside. Parking should be included though."
