「The room was clean; however, this is my second stay at this property where i was unable to enjoy a bath. The firat time, i forgave because they were remodeling. The second time was due to a broken plug. The staff responded quickly, but were unable to repair it. The staff offered to move us to a different room, but my disabled husband was already settled in. Also, the air conditioner kept shutting off during the night. I basically paid over $700 for a defective room.」

「Lovely, clean home in quiet area. Loved the open floor plan and the heated pool when stayed there late March 2026. The house has 2 full bathrooms with low step in showers. There is also a half bathroom off the living room.
Good communication prior to our arrival.
However, when we arrived, we noticed that the shower head in the master bath was not working. Took 4 days and help from Expedia. The property manager required multiple videos and texts to show that it was broken. It was only when...
