This home is beautiful. The open concept is amazing. Pool was just the right size. Neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and close to shops, food etc. we will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful Home

The place was amazing! The interior decor was very welcoming and there were plenty of accommodations available for all of us. The central air was crucial for a comfortable stay and we definitely were comfortable here. Best of all, the host was super easy to communicate with and very friendly and informative. Great place that we all loved.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It had more than enough space. Loved the open layout and that the rooms were on one side and entertaining part of the home was on another. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. The property provided linens, towels(pool towels), soap, lotion. Kitchen was stocked with dishware, pots, pans and so much more. We would definitely stay here again. Check in and check out was a breeze. Just wish we could have used the fire pit in the backyard but there wasn’t any gas.

WORST PLACE EVER. AVOID!

NONFUNCTIONAL A/C! Nothing worse than arriving at your family vacation rental I’m 108 degree phoenix summer and finding the interior of your pricey vacation rental at 93 degrees!! With error codes showing. Of course there is no concerned owner ….. only a management company giving robot replies to my urgent texts, followed by empty promises of “looking into it”. Of course we ended up in a hotel and still waiting on a refund!

NIGHTMARE stay here in June 2024. I will spare you all the gory details and sum it up in this: BUYER BEWARE! Despite the misleading property info, this is owned by a large international property management company and you will be treated with no regard or concern. Only when major issues continue to come up at the property did we discover this fact. A disappointment from start to finish. We finally packed up our family of six at 8:00 p.m. a night early when the house was 100° inside because the AC had broken and the property management company was continuing to string us along about getting it repaired. Expedia should no longer allow this property to list on their site.
