"Condo, pool and beach "

"Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

"Was very happy with our stay. Cannot wait to return!"

"Great location, close to all attractions but far enough away to get away from it all. Right on the beach, great pool and hot tub. Only two negatives was for room 1703, the beds was hard and needs replacing, the hot water in the shower takes awhile to get hot and then it isn’t lasting, showers had to be quick. Overall, it was a great stay. "

"I liked the location, pool area , and apartment size was perfect, but I think they can do some upgrades on the building and improve the cleanliness in the apartment, overall was good "

"Property is great but poor communication on gate code to enter pool area gets switched often , also did was not communicated that parking permit per vehicle was an extra cost until you get there. "
