Overall, the experience was really good. The property was welcoming and relaxing, and Jeremy was excellent, very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. "I am very disappointed with my recent stay. We arrived to find our room was not ready at the promised time, which was already an inconvenience. Once we were finally able to check in, the condition of the room was unacceptable: the air conditioning was non-functional, the sliding door lock was misaligned and did not secure properly, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned with visible mold. To add to the frustration, the level of service was lacking; when we checked in, the front desk was actively handing out cookies to other guests but neglected to offer us the same, which felt dismissive after the delay we had already experienced. I expected a much higher standard of service and maintenance from a DoubleTree."
