"Amazing chalet in a perfect location! We loved our stay here. All the facilities were well maintained and all arrangements and instructions were clear. The chalet was also very clean and every detail of the stay was very well thought and organized. The customer service team was excellent and kind enough to call and follow-up to check in on how the checkin went or if we had any questions. Will definitely recommend this place !!"

There is only 1 person and she was excellent in providing us details about our stay. She spends a long time with each person checking in. It just took longer than we thought. "It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience...

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "
