"Pool was great as always, but the mattress was hard as a rock with what they charge for rooms youd think they woud invest in better mattress."

"We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity. The helpful advice was if we needed water or electricity we should simply leave the hotel before 10am. NOT acceptable. Would not recommend. Do NOT stay here. "
