Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is extremely well managed, and you can really tell they care about their guests' experience by taking extra steps with the details. They offer a great 24/7 coffee, tea, and water station, which was convenient throughout the day. The breakfast setup was fantastic, well laid out, clean, and organized. I especially loved that they used clear dispensers for the juice instead of the standard bag-fed juice machines. It’s a small detail, but it felt much higher...

「We stayed three nights. They did not make up our room or change towels after the first night. We complained when we returned Saturday evening and were given towels by the front desk clerk (it was too late for maid service), but we were blamed for the problem. The clerk said we had clothes on the bed WHICH WE DID NOT, but they still didn't change towels. They said we didn't notify them that we wanted our room serviced by putting out a door tag requesting it. The only door tag for our room was one...
