「At check in we were charged $200 refundable cleaning fee but upon reservation the fee was $100. Check in was at 4pm and room was not ready until 5pm. Elevator took 15 minutes to come down after check in . Lamps in room did not work . I was promised new lamps and they never were brought . Rail in the shower was broken and sharp so it cut my boyfriend when he showered causing an open wound. Room was not cleaned . Clean towels were brought in but it was not cleaned and no trash was collected ....

「The hotel isn’t very poor condition. It is not a lake front hotel like it tries to show in the picture. They did not hold my reservation for a king size bed by my 5 o’clock arrival and check-in day. They gave me a double room and said literally “get over it.” I found a bedbug in the room, brought it down for evidence. Dead of course. And they refuse to refund my cash money. And refused to put me in a different room. Terrible customer service. The hotels in terrible condition. And...
