「The entire hotel is under construction. The breakfast area, front door area and all the hallway on the third floor was under construction. No breakfast area access. The room was adequate but I stayed three nights and not once did the room get made up. So no fresh towels, no tossing out the trash. The front desk must be manned by only one person b/c I rarely saw anyone there. The TV did not work on the third night, no internet I suppose. Had to watch tv on my phone. 「The water pressure in the shower was terrible. They are charging me extra for a rag that was already tore when I got to hotel. The fire alarm went off at 1:45 on Thursday morning and they couldn't get it to shut off til after 3 in the morning.」

「Almost spotless hotel, and I am a clean freak!! Even down to thresholds at entrances. Pool was very nice, and I had it all to myself. The best location in Tyler, by mistake we went to wrong location and was SOoo happy it was not our Fairfield!! Stayed 5 nights, staff knew us by name and watching them they worked excellent as a Team!! Came to Tyler to pick up horses, and will definitely recommend this hotel to others!!」

The only thing was in July would have been nice to be able to use the pool which was not open and looked really dirty, hot tub looked like they were doing maintenance?? Not the hotels fault but room above had kids running around and jumping until almost midnight.」
