"1st Staff was s sweet as pie, this goes beyond them, our room was suppose to be an ADA unit where you have a walk in shower, Oh I got that, But now I have a toilet designed for a child sitting on the ground HOW does a person with a bad back sit on that? to enjoy my weekend, I had to an purchase a raised seat. Oh I went down to ask f this was their ADA unit, and I was told if you wanted a walk in shower No,thier ADA unit has a tub, WHAT? You are kidding me, Right? Now both breakfast and dinner was COLD, Im not crazy about cold eggs, or cold tacos. Please discuss what ADA guidelines are because this place DOES NOT know what they are. Mary Watts "

"I got this hotel for my mother because she was traveling through Atlanta. This was absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever gotten for my mother! She found a used condom wrapper along with another condom in the drawer! There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, there was a used washcloth left in the shower, and the towel to dry yourself off with was dirty. The staff was not helpful on anything. When I called Hotels.com to report this the hotel manager told Hotels.com that they switched my mother‘s room! My mother was not offered another room! I would highly recommend you stay somewhere else!!!!!!"

"We arrived after 12:00 p.m. and was surprised that a packaged ham and cheese sandwich, bag of chips and two waters cost over $17. Also, even though we had reserved and paid for a king bed room we instead received a room with two beds. When I asked why I was told that no king rooms were available. The free streaming on the tv was a plus"
