"The page says that the pet fee is $75…it’s actually $100. Was not made aware of the change until check-in. The pet fee was a major selling point for me to choose this location."

"There was old food on the mini fridge that smelled, asked the front desk about it and they said clearing staff left already. Asked can someone come pick it up if I bagged it, I was unable to open it without the room smelling spoiled. They said they would send someone. I bagged the trash and left it on the exterior door knob like requested and put my dinner leftovers inside the fridge. Woke up the next day and the bag was still on the door knob when I checked out. Overall staff interactions were pleased, just displeased with cleanliness of the room itself. "
