「Cute hotel. Loved the fire pit area. Was in walking distance to the gondola and to the Main Street. The room we got (#106) was like sleeping in a basement room. Bed squeaky. Overall, a nice hotel」

「This property's management is obviously more concerned about making a buck that providing any sort of customer service. Due to a wildfire in the area, I called the day of our check-in to request a cancellation or rebook to a different date. The highway leading into Ouray was closed and law enforcement was urging people to stay away. I was told that as I booked through Expedia it was impossible to change the reservation and that they had a clear policy of no refund less than 14 days out. I...
