「Staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting, I work Nights at Grandview across the street as an RN and am able to get late checkouts and early checkins. 「There was an issue with my room. Instead of waiting until I reached the property, she called me to discuss my options. She also gave me a good restaurant recommendation. The property had a water leak that day. I told her I will return for my receipt. However, to avoid me walking on the wet floor, she walked the receipt out to my car!! I felt special!!」
