「The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and staff was friendly. The carpets have been removed and replace with tile flooring which is great. Second time we’ve stayed here.」

「The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.」

「Overall the experience was great. All of the staff were very hospitable and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet in the morning was awesome. They had cereal muffins, bagels, bread/toast, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, yogurt with toppings, fruit, fried potatoes, bacon, a variety of milk and juice. Room was clean. Pool was fun!」
