"Nice rooms great breakfast great customer service would stay again"

"Our room was lovely. Appointed with comfortable furniture for sitting and relaxing. Our room provided all the amenities needed for senior citizens or the handicapped. The only thing I would have preferred was king size pillows for the king size bed, but I find pillows are an issue in every hotel."

"The Inn is beautiful. We stayed in room 207 that had a lot of windows and was quite large. The bar was nice and the lobster pasta was good. The bar gets busy at night as it is one of the stops on the gohst tours. We met the owner and had a nice time visiting locals. Loved Savannah and would definitely recommend the Inn as long as you can do stairs."

"Finding the Fairfield Inn was difficult. The view of the hotel from the road is blocked by a building and signage for a competing chain. Traffic patterns in the area are confusing and frustrating. Once we found the hotel, we were happy to find plenty of parking, an immaculate facility, and a friendly and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and well furnished. We are pleased to be staying here."

"The property is nice, the rooms are clean, the staff is very attentive and helpful. The only issue is outside the hotel. Its located in a party area that gets loud and gritty and somewhat ghetto. But i would definitely recommend the hotel as is, its a great hotel. Just wish the area around was as good. "

"Printers not working. Hot tub out of order, which was frustrating as the Marriott Bonvoy we stayed at the night prior also had hot tub out of order. $40 parking fee a bit steep. "
