「We had a room on the 9th floor. The toilet did not flush. After a bit we called the desk and a girl came up, thinking our toilet had overflowed, apparently. It had not overflowed; it simply would not flush properly and the entire bathroom area had a high whining electrical noise that never stopped. You had to turn everything off and shut the door. We were offered another room, but chose to go out to dinner and hope that they could fix it during our absence. We asked for keys to a new room, but...

「Good breakfast, mediocre dinner. Food was cold. Room was not cleaned during my stay. Outside of emptying the waste baskets and replacing used towels nothing was done.」

「Quiet room next to a stream, Museum Like atmosphere without the musky smell. Nice surprise to find a 4--5 star hotel in the middle of farmland country. Everything you could want in walking distance. Live bands, eateries, shopping and a park for the children.」

「The rooms were clean. The bathroom off the pool has mold on the walls. The breakfast just ok. The only fresh fruit was soggy apples.」

「The hotel is undergoing some renovations. It looks like they have started with the top floors and are working their way down. We were in a newly renovated room. It was clean, new and well designed. The breakfast was a little lacking. They had coffee but the cups didn't have a sleeve so it became really hot and I had to put it in a plastic cup for juice just so I could hold it (the coffee wasn't that good either). Overall it was sufficient and I would stay here again, just go somewhere else...
