「I absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed in the house and it was a great bed and breakfast experience! The staff were super nice and informative about the area also. Everything was very clean and very quite. The breakfast was very good and there were several things to choose from. This home is walkable to town and i did it several times each day. There was always a parking spot available also. I would like to let everyone know that if your staying in the house then breakfast is included with...

「The Sand Bar Cottage is the best place to stay in Bar Harbor! Arrive, unload, and stay parked while you walk and enjoy all that Bar Harbor & Acadia has to offer. Not worrying over finding parking was the greatest perk, but the entire property was beautiful with blooming flowers and the staff were all extremely helpful and hospitable. Our cottage was absolutely perfect. 」

「Stayed with 2 toddlers. Kids had a blast… us too! We will be back next summer!!! Perfect breakfast every morning. We loved hanging at the pool after a long day of hiking. Good dinner options when we didn’t feel like leaving the resort (pizza!) kids really enjoyed the smores under the stars. Great week!」

「It was a good one night stay experience at Dan and Joan’s place. The suite is big, clean and cozy. It’s on the side of the building and has its own entrance which provides us more privacy. The living room is big so we got enough space for our luggages. The bed is super comfortable, like it a lot. 」

「The location of the property is perfect! Just one block from the main strip so you are extremely close to all the food and shopping. The house is beautiful and the main areas are well furnished. The property is very clean. I ate way too many of the cookies which are left out daily- so delicious! My room was on the third floor (attic level). I loved having the space of a suite. My only issue was with the bathroom. Because the room is built in the roof line, the ceilings are low in the bathroom....
