Huge huge fans of this place!!! My wife and I stayed here to try to catch the tail end of the fall colors and picked this place last minute, and we are SO glad we did. It was one of the cutest places we’ve stayed, with each room being meaningfully different. We ended up getting upgraded on checking in and the space was absolutely perfect for our needs. It’s also close enough to be a short 5-10 minute walk from everything in Bar Harbor, while still being secluded enough to be quiet at night. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

There was a mix up with the room we booked and the staff took care of it immediately without inconveniencing us or the other guest. Great location and walkable. Great little bar for a night cap. Beautiful interior and great breakfast in the lounge.

This is a beautiful place within walking distance to town. My room with a fireplace was so lovely and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in directing me to the right place for dinner. I enjoyed that they had tea and coffee readily available as well. The continental breakfast was just ok but I did appreciate that they had bagels. I didn't get a chance to go next door for a drink which is unfortunate as it looked like a great addition. I would definitely stay here again.

Good value for the location - but - the room (25) we stayed in did have lots of noise issues between the heat pump system and the upstairs guests. Also the TVs are very outdated and have no way to connect to streaming services. Overall still happy with our stay as the location is excellent and the room comfortable.
