"Great location, Good food, nice rooms. "

"Overall, the property is quite nice although it could use some maintenance in some areas. The 2x6 wood railings around the balconies are actually rotted right through. Major water damage in the bathroom ceiling. However many other features were quite nice and they have a very large buffet breakfast. Good location and nice to have secured parking. Catch up on this maintenance and get rid of the rude evening clerk and we'd give this a 5 star rating"

"The Bodega was nice. The staff there was top notch. The valet’s are great. Especially Rob C. He helped us tremendously. The hotel is in walking distance of Lower Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame and Bridgestone Arena. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. "

"I called front desk 2 times to have the fridge checked as it wasn’t cooling. No one came and end up having to throw away leftover pizza that we ordered at your hotel. One call should have been sufficient, after 2 calls??? Unacceptable "
