"Location, right on the beach "

"I liked the property over all, it was right on the beach, the garage was a bit too far away. You had to cross the sky ridge to get there which was cool and they made it convenient. Staff wasn’t to friendly but they were professional. The elevators (2of them) had a dip in the floor. You couldn’t see it because the mats were covering it but it did feel unsafe in those 2elevators. The bathrooms and baseboards were fairly clean, but pretty decent overall."
