「Clean and friendly staff」

「Pros: The Lodge was great! Beautiful views and all conveniently located to all of the trails and amenities. Front desk staff were always awesome. Diving pool was intimidating but fun! Cons: Dining options were non existent. They have an on-site restaurant that was still non-existent for the most part. All the negative reviews are correct on the restaurant. Let me start with this: I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS... This will be the exception. Literally took us 1hr, 40+ minutes to receive food.. only...

「Husband and family stayed one night. Got in super late and the we booked was not Available. She made sure they had enough places to sleep for the 4 adults. Pool had not closing times the boys were grateful it had been a long day of driving. Nice to get out and stretch. Great breakfast the next day and in a great spot to get in and out.」

「Broken stairs, air conditioning didn’t work well, room smells of stale smoke, broken door knob in restroom, broken toilet paper holder, bed was spring mattress & very uncomfortable, bathroom floor very dirty」
