I would give this place an 11 if I could. We stayed in several hotels as we have crossed the USA and this was the cleanest and best stocked hotel we have stayed on this trip.

I’ve been staying at this motel for more than 15 years and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly. The only drawback is that pool is not functional at the moment, however, the owner stated he was working on getting it repaired or replaced. I’ll always stay at this motel every time I’m in Grayson.

My husband and I needed somewhere to stay for a night on our way back from working out of town. Judging by the pics online it didn’t look too bad. Upon arrival we were sadly VERY disappointed. We are not one to complain, but it was nothing like advertised. We asked if we could get an early check in which was only maybe a 2 hr difference from original. The guy at front desk made us pay $20 cash to do so. Not a huge deal but come on! It was overpriced to begin with. Room was dirty, food crumbs beside bed, stunk, stained sheets, carpet gross and torn. Door wouldn’t even lock to our room or close right. No hot water or pressure, ac unit hardly worked either. Then we seen two roaches to top that off. Tried to contact office, but nobody answered. Place is ran down and in desperate need of repair and renovation. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. Save your money people! Pay a little extra for something else! Wish I would have taken more pics but the roaches sent me over the edge.

The reviews seemed better than it was. 3 star 7 out of 10? No chance. Little flying bugs in the room and poor air quality. Don't do it!
