「First room. I or the desk person had no idea on how to operate the tv in the room or what app to use to watch tv. 2nd room. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Hair in the tub and sink. No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. 「The room was rustic and perfectly acceptable. The private balcony with a pretty woods view was very nice. The only unfortunate experience was the dining room service. They were understaffed with two new teenage servers who were also trying to manage a separate event, which resulted in us and other customers being neglected」

「The room did not look clean. Once walking in there was stains on the beds. They were stains on the towels. There was mold and dirt in the trashcan. The door handled to the room was falling off.
