不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
The room did not look clean. Once walking in there was stains on the beds. They were stains on the towels. There was mold and dirt in the trashcan. The door handled to the room was falling off. I had to screw the screws back into it myself to feel safe glad we brought our dogs. There was just an awful feeling about the whole place. there was also dust everywhere in the room. I booked the room online paid for it already online told them I was bringing two dogs with me and once I got there there was an up charge of $80 total when it was supposed to be $20 per dog is what I was told on the phone. glad to say we was in hotel service. We had to strip our beds ourselves and clean our room before even attempting to put our stuff in the room. I also took pictures of everything, but they won’t let me upload it on here. And last but not least but when checking out, there was no one at the front desk. We had to leave our room key and door key in a basket at the front desk. The room key did not work. We had to use a door key to open our room.
