"A one nighter after visiting afriend in surf city. Stayed here once before - nice then, nice now. Efficient check in, bell desk, and valet. There was an early check in fee of $20, which borhered ne a bit, but i was there and wanted to get settled. Had an early dinner at Breadsticks cafe. My seever couldn't have been better. Kind and efficient. Patty Melt excellent as was tge carrot cake. Casino lively and airy if just a tad dark. Good music! Overall I'd say a very nice stay"

"Positives : - Staff were very nice and welcoming -access to Bally’s casino - convince of being 3/min to the boardwalk ,shopping. - 20 min walk to the convention center. Needs improvement on : - staffing , only two concierge when we arrived waited maybe 25min in line after driving 9 hrs. - waiting literally 10/15min for the elevator only 3 out of like 6 working - Had a great ocean view except we could not see much due to filthy window - coffee machine was broken - no access to a...

"The room is big, the service is friendly and generous, the giant atrium is well-kept vintage. Good pool, room perks. Getting the hotel shuttle was the only hitch. Hotels.com chat bot was glitchy and unproductive. This is not on the hotel staff. Automate it all the way, or don't advertise it. "Contact property for help" from a noisy curb outside baggage claim took 30 min."

"Initial check-in, the rooms were not ready but we only had to wait for 15 minutes for them to become ready. The TV wasn't working in either room, but the Service Staff fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We all had a nice time, the Staff was excellent."

"My kids loved this hotel so much. We felt so comfortable in the two bedroom and two baths condo with a balcony. I am trying to book another stay for July. The space was clean,sturdy fiurnishing,comfy beds. Can’t say anything negative even if they were any. My kids were happy and that’s more than enough for me. Nothing mayor. Loved the place. Thank you "
