"The room was in a very good condition and it was in a really good location. I really loved how they gave you your own washing machine and offered free washing detergent too. Staff were also extremely friendly and nice. A downside would be the fact that there is no soap available so be sure to bring your own when staying at this hotel. Also I was in Room 212 and there was a non-stop washing machine sound from outside that operated 24/7 that made it really hard to sleep."

"天閣酒店比我的感覺是一間比較古舊既豪華酒店，因為酒店的大堂很大很漂亮，房間門偏重，房間雖然不算很大，但床卻很大很舒服，所以走動的位置相對較少。酒店房內的電視還有六個電影台，就算天氣不好也可以留在房間看電影打發時間，相當不錯，不過建議不要開太大聲，因為隔音好像一般。洗手間的浴缸有按摩功能，推薦大家一試，唯獨洗手間的門是沒有鎖的，預訂時要留意是否合適。早餐方面，不但選擇多，還很好吃，入住的話建議加早餐和不要太晚才下去用餐，因為會有很多人，要排隊等才有位。這次入住的時候，職員還提早準備好房間讓我們提前入住，這個真的很加分，值得表揚！下次再來台中一定會再考慮入住這間酒店！"
