"We booked the hotel as it provided washing machines for washing clothing. However, it broke down after trying 2 times to wash the clothes which we spend 4 hours trying to find out the problem. In the end, hotel took our clothing to their another branch for washing n come back in a pail (not laundering basket). Tried asking them to send another batch for washing the next day n was rejected. In additions, the washing area was like 3 floors down which we have to walk up n down to check the...

We had to flush so many times to get the toilet water to look "clean." The towels and bedsheets also seem kind of old, but everything else was good, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast."
